   Polo Grill marks 2019  as our thirty-sixth year of award-winning service in fine dining, as the only DiRoNA and AAA Four Diamond recognized restaurant in Oklahoma. Crafting an exemplary wine cellar continues to be our focus; with the primary intent of guest accommodation and encouraging novel pairings with our cuisine.

   The humidity and temperature controlled cellars now house 25,050 bottles showcasing 1,478 vintages.

    Our collection of Premier Napa Valley barrel auction wines remains unsurpassed. At 276 PNV selections, enthusiasts who seek out these rare wines have ample choices. (

A deliberate expansion into Sonoma AVA's including the offerings of SoCo Barrel Auction (, promising boutique wines from Reveal Walla Walla barrel auctions (, and the iconic Willamette Valley (,adding regional interest.

These auction portfolios feature wines “Never before... Never Again.”; highlighting both the individual AVA terroir of the wines and the insight and talents of the winemaker.


Studious attention is given to updating our  vertical and horizontal offerings; with selections of half bottles and large formats giving depth to the cellar.

    The Polo Grill wine list pays homage to the great houses of Europe as well as the stellar producers in the Southern Hemisphere.

   Our program of Wine by Glass rotates around 40 offerings;  with consideration to proclivities of taste and budget.

   Sommelier courses, both regionally and nationally, are offered to our management and staff on a continuing basis, expanding our team’s knowledge base.
